terms of service
by commissioning me, you agree to the terms:

| _i have the right to decline any commission. | ||
| _any form of crude/rude behavior, threats, or refusal to pay will result in the cancellation of the commission and future ones. | ||
| _I still retain the rights to all commissioned work. I am still allowed to use the work for promotional/showcase purposes. | ||
| _commissioner is NOT allowed to edit the artwork, take credit for it, or reproduce it for profit without permission. | ||
| _commissioner will receive a high-resolution image of their piece without a watermark. | ||
| _edits can be made only 2 times during the process. I will send progress shots (sketches, color corrections) to facilitate this. I WILL NOT MAKE ANY more CHANGES ONCE THE FINAL COLORED IMAGE IS SENT! | ||
| _unless given a strict deadline*, I will complete the commission within 2-4 months. |
*deadline must be reasonable. i do not accept 1-3 day deadlines.
